²³ Drink water no longer. But use a little wine for your stomach’s sake, and your frequent infirmities.

²⁴ Some men’s sins are evident, preceding them to judgment. But some follow afterward.

²⁵ Likewise, good works are also evident beforehand. And those which are otherwise cannot be hidden.
